Our payslips are more than just compliant, they’re simple to understand and there is no need to email them. Your nanny simply logs in to their hub and can view and download their payslips.
HMRC filings and PAYE
Our software calculates Tax, NI, Student Loans and Postgraduate Loans in real time as you edit your employees’ payslips. NannyPayPro will automatically submit your payroll submission to HMRC and will notify you when it’s complete and accepted. We will also notify you if there is an issue with your filing.
NannyPayPro is RTI compliant and will automatically generate and file a Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS) without you having to take action. Just check the payroll and confirm. It’s as simple as that.

Just add your nannies or domestic help employees, set their pay schedule to Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly and just click on Run Payroll. We alert you in product when you’re coming up to the payroll date.
Time Management in a few clicks
NannyPayPro’s time management feature allows nannies to seamlessly request time off. The parent is notified in app and then can accept or reject the request. The app will provide a minimum balance of days that your nanny is allowed to take and which you must provide in order to remain compliant.
